No group classes, no rush. Get personalized attention with private lessons tailored to your specific needs, schedule, and learning style.
Wilkin Automobile Driving School was founded on a simple belief: everyone deserves to learn to drive in a supportive, stress-free environment. We're not a drive-through school — we take the time to understand how you learn best.
Located on 82nd Street in the heart of Brooklyn, we've spent over a decade helping nervous teens, adult learners, and retraining drivers find their confidence behind the wheel. Our instructors are DMV-certified, patient, and genuinely invested in your success.
It's not just about passing a test. It's about becoming a safe, confident driver for life.
Real feedback from real students who went from nervous to licensed.
"I was terrified of driving — honestly, I thought I'd never pass my road test. The instructors at Wilkin were so patient and made me feel safe from day one. I passed on my first try and I owe that entirely to them."
"As a 45-year-old who never learned to drive, I was embarrassed to admit I couldn't drive. Wilkin made me feel completely comfortable. No one judged me — they just taught me. Now I'm driving freely around NYC!"
"The road test prep was exactly what I needed. They took me through the same routes the DMV uses and practiced every maneuver. I walked into my test feeling like I'd been there before. Passed!"
